Results
Conversions are estimates. Ingredient weights are averages from published sources, and the real weight of a cup depends on how you fill it, the brand and the ingredient’s moisture. Scaled recipes and pan sizes are arithmetic, not tested recipes. Where accuracy matters, weigh your ingredients and check the result against the recipe.
